Make sure you are getting cold water at the dispenser. If not, check that the water supply to the refrigerator is turned on. If the water flow is slow, try replacing the water filter; the water filter should be replaced every 6 months.

After each use the brewing module should be removed and rinsed with water. If the upper or lower pin gets clogged, you can use a paper clip to clean out the holes.
